Work consists of furnishing and installing a concrete cast-in-place building, sand separator, piping, valves, fittings, heating/cooling equipment, electrical power, lighting and control systems, site grading, and furnishing and installing approximately 75 linear feet of 8" ductile iron pipe with a tie-in to an existing 8" pipeline. The Owner will furnish the pump, motor, VFD, and 6" magnetic meter. Work also includes coordinating with the pump supplier for installation of the Owner furnished vertical turbine pump with deep well column/shaft and pump bowls. No pre-bid conference will be held.
