The north half of the parking lot improvements include a new entrance drive, 2 new swinging metal gates, landscaped buffer area, demolished existing concrete sidewalk and curbs, new asphalt and striping, and relocating existing light poles. The south half of the parking lot has a new landscaped buffer area while keeping the asphalt parking lot as existing.
