Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Only General Contractors Pre-qualified during Stage I of the RFS are allowed to bid on this project. Complete Interior and Exterior Site Renovation of existing Eccles Fitness Center to the Training Center Facility. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission and in U3P. If the bid bond is not uploaded with the bid through U3P, the bid is Non responsive. The Division of Facilities Construction & Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State. Qualification Requirements (if applicable): N/A Additive Alternate No. 1: Provide and install Water Treadmill Additive Alternate No. 2: Provide and install X-Ray Equipment. Additive Alternate No. 3: Replace existing metal parapet cap and install new ACM band. Additive Alternate No. 4: Paint the entire building.
