Renovation of a conference / convention center in Layton, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Davis County (the "County") owns the Davis Conference Center ("DCC") located at 1651 N 700 W, Layton, Utah. The County has contracted with Western States Lodging and Management II, LLC to operate, manage, and maintain the DCC. The County seeks a contractor (the "Contractor") to replace the existing airwall tracks in projects 1-4 listed below and the existing airwall panels, and associated airwall hardware/fixtures in all five projects in the ballrooms listed below during the indicated fiscal years (referred to herein as "FY"; County fiscal years run from January 1-December 31): Twilight Ballroom, (3 sections - 10' tall - 90' of panels - 90' of track) (FY 2025) Stratus / Expo Divide, (1 section - 16' 9" tall - 90' of panels - 120' of track (FY 2025) Meridian Ballroom, (8 sections - 20' tall - 480' of panels - 780' of Track) (FY 2026) Eclipse Expo, (1 section - 26' 8" tall - 120' of panels - 160' of Track) (FY 2027) Stratus Ballroom (6 sections - 16' 9" tall - 333' of panels - 460' of Track) (FY 2027) The County further seeks a Contractor that can provide ongoing preventative maintenance and repairs for all existing and new airwall panels and airwall tracks, including airwall hardware/fixtures, as they are installed.
