Bids will only be accepted from those General Contractors that are prequalified by the Owner. No other General Contractors will be eligible to bid on this Project. The Work for the Weber South WTP Phase 2 Tank Replacement Project includes the following elements: o Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing 4.3 million gallon buried rectangular concrete tank and associated yard piping and vaults. o Construction of a new 5 million gallon (MG), rectangular, AWWA D115 post tensioned concrete tank. o Construction of yard piping improvements, and connections to transmission piping. o Excavation to construct the new tank within the limits of the site; backfill and grading; construction of new access road and site improvements. o Construction of tank instrumentation and controls. o Site landscaping and restoration.
