The Department is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide full construction engineering management services for a new pedestrian bridge in Layton, Utah. This local government project (federally funded) involves constructing a bridge on the north side of the UTA FrontRunner lot, spanning both the Union Pacific Railroad and the Utah Transit Authority's railroad tracks. The project is expected to advertise in Winter Of 2025, with construction commencing in Spring of 2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
