THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDEROR BIDDERS will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond,each in the amount of thecontract, written by a responsible surety companyauthorized to do business inthe State of Arkansas that issatisfactory to the Owner. BIDDERS ARE expected to inspect the site of the workand to inform themselves ofall local conditions. The timeof completion shall be 90 calendar days including Saturdays, Sundays and legalholidays.
