Site work for a communication facility in Bearden, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade communication facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for the AFTA Grounds Lighting project at SAU Tech in Camden, Arkansas. General contractors may obtain the Project Manual, Specifications, and Drawings for a refundable deposit, provided materials are returned in good condition within five days of bid opening. Subcontractors and material suppliers can secure additional nonrefundable sets for a fee. No partial sets are available. Only bidders licensed in Arkansas as required by several state acts are eligible. Each proposal must include a bidders bond or cashiers check totaling five percent of the bid. The successful bidder must furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any bids. No bid may be withdrawn within thirty days after opening without written owner consent.
