Site work and paving for a civil project in Monterey, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Consists of furnish & install approximately 1,740 L.F. of 8" SDR 26 PVC sewer lines, manholes, services, pavement replacement, and related appurtenances as shown on the plans. A Bid Bond or Certified Check for Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount Must Accompany Each Bid. Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (Dbe) Firms May Also Contact James C. Hailey & Company - 360 Cool Springs Boulevard, Suite 100, Franklin, Tn 37067, 615- 883-4933, in Order to Obtain a List of Prospective Bidding General Contractors or to Obtain Copies of Bidding/contract Documents. This project is being supported with American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity. The allotted time for construction is 270 calendar days. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond in the Amount of His Bid and Shall, Before Entering on the Work of Said Contract, Be Licensed as a Contractor of the Town of Monterey. No Bid May Be Withdrawn Within 90 Days After the Scheduled Time for Receipt of Bids Thereof. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids.
