Each structure to consist of three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms with one (1) attached double stall garage at each unit. 2 nd bath can be 3/4 . Each unit to include a full, unfinished basement. All new construction on a cleared site located at Lots 2, 3, & 4 of Block 2, 4 th Avenue NE, Pelican Rapids, MN. All units to conform to current Minnesota Building Code at time of bid.
