Must Comply With Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, 30 Ilcs 570/0.01 Et Seq. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm, or in any way restrain, or restrict competition. All responsible and eligible firms are encouraged to submit proposals. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities or technicalities in any proposal, and to accept the proposal which it deems to be in the best interests of the Village. Any Bidder in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the specifications or other contract documents, may request an interpretation thereof from the Purchasing Manager. The person requesting the interpretation shall be responsible for its prompt delivery
