Site Address: Multi Addresses within the Village Description: The Scope of Work consists of Lead or Galvanized Water Service Line Replacements within the Village of Niles. The lead service line replacement work is planned to be completed at approximately 315 locations within the Village of Niles with additional location information given at contract start. The work shall consist of approximately 275 service line full replacements and 40 service line partial replacements. Must Comply With Amended Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 Ilcs 130/.01 Et Seq. Must Comply With Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, 30 Ilcs 570/0.01 Et Seq. Must Comply With an Overall Business Enterprise Program (Bep) Goal of 17% Utilizing State Certified Vendors to Perform the Direct Subcontracting Opportunites of the Utilization Plan.
