This Project consists of the extension of 8" Waterline, construction of a sanitary sewer pump station, installation of a force-main, sanitary sewer collection system, and utility bridge. Question Deadline 01/22/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions will only be answered through online The Contractor shall have all work completed in its entirety by December 26, 2025 . Failure to complete this contract on or before the various defined completion dates shall result in liquidated damages being deducted for each calendar day of overrun time in accordance with ODOT Specification 108.07. Liquidated damages shall be deducted from the payments to the Contractor in accordance with the "Schedule of Liquidated Damages" table listed in section 108.07. The successful bidder must furnish a Bid Guaranty, Performance, Payment and Warranty Bond in an amount equal to a maximum of one hundred percent (100%) of the "Total Amount Bid". The bond shall be submitted as a one hundred percent (100%) bond; however, the penal amount shall vary with each section of the bond. (Section 153.54 O.R.C.) The Columbiana County Commissioners shall be named as obligee on the bond.
