Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Deer Lodge, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This project consists of restoration of the exterior facade of the existing City Hall building including window replacement (and any associated interior trim replacement/repair), brick repair and tuckpointing, stone foundation tuckpointing, stone window and door surrounding exterior jambs, header, and sills repair and replacements as indicated, exterior column resurfacing and repair, clock tower facade siding, flashing, and trim repair/ replacement, painting, and some roof edge flashing replacement. Bid bonds are required. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid. The security may consist of cash, a cashier's check, a certified check, a bank money order, a certificate of deposit, a money market certificate, or a bank draft. Each proposal must also include as a separate bid item, the cost for the contractor to furnish 100% Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, and to accept the bid which is in the best interests of the Owner.
