The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids to establish a contract to/for Refuse Collection and Disposal Service. The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to establish a term contract with one qualified vendor to provide Refuse Collection and Disposal Services for Deerfield Correctional Center Complex, located at 21360 Deerfield Drive, Capron, VA 23829. The initial one-year term of the resulting contract will be from date of award through one year period and will be renewed in accordance with Section V. Paragraph E, "Renewal of Contract The contract period will be from date of award through one year, and may be renewable in accordance with section V, paragraph E. Pre- bid notes: Important Note: If you are already providing these services to this facility or have attended the mandatory prebid conference on December 12th, 2024, you are exempt from attending this pre-bid conference, however you are encouraged to submit your bid.
