The purpose of this Unsealed Invitation for Bid (UIFB) is to establish a term contract for one year with optional four one-year renewals for Janitorial Services to be conducted at the Richmond Plant located at 1535 High Street Richmond VA 23220. Janitorial Services will include 8,200 sq ft main facility and the 5,000 sq ft warehouse space. Services must include all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning. CLARIFICATION OF TERMS: If any prospective bidder has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, the prospective bidder shall email Sharonda Ryals-Carter; Sharonda.ryals-carter@dbvi.virginia.gov before January 15th 2025 at 1:00 pm EST for questions. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by addendum issued by the Contract Officer. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION: Upon award, the Agency will designate Contract Administrator, Reid Herskovitz; reid.herskovitz@dbvi.virginia.gov to administer all work performed in conjunction with this contract. The Contract Administrator shall have no authority to approve changes in the Scope of Work, or changes, which call for an extension of time, or a change in the contract terms or prices. Any contract modification must be authorized by the Contracting Officer and issued as a written amendment to the contract.
