The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a requirement contract for the furnishing and delivery of dry polymer to Chesterfield County's Falling Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. Quantity: 1. The following quantities are estimated projected average processing rate usage: a. 3.6 dry tons of bio-solids generated per day. b. Estimated usage 80 lbs. per day of dry polymer. This specification covers the furnishing and delivery of dry polymer to treat wastewater sludge in conjunction with sludge thickening and dewatering belt filter press at Chesterfield County Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Falling Creek, 2100 Station Rd. North Chesterfield, VA 23234. The County reserves the right to dismiss those from consideration for violations found during the testing process.
