Bids from qualified Virginia Licensed, Class A Contractors with a Highway Heavy specialty to provide Paving Crew(s) to perform "patching operations" in areas designated by the VDOT Contract Administrator or his designee, in Amherst, Appomattox, Campbell & Nelson Counties, Virginia, Appomattox Residency, on Primary and Secondary routes in accordance with the specifications.
