The Housing Authorities of Waynesboro, Louisville, Millen, Sylvania, and Screven County are accepting proposals for lawn maintenance which will include mowing the apartment yards, weed-eating around the buildings, edging the sidewalks and curbs, removal of grassed in areas in the sidewalks, curbs, and parking areas, and blowing off the curbs and sidewalks. The proposals shall be for the period of March 2025 February 2026 with the option to extend for two additional years. The Housing Authorities require that the maintenance be performed once every two weeks for the months of March through May (7 cuttings) and every week for the months of June through October (22 cuttings) and once per month for the months of November through February (4 cuttings) for a grand total of 33 cuttings. The successful bidder will provide proof of general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 and provide proof of workers compensation insurance and have a valid Georgia business license.
