W. St. Martins Rd. (Sth 100) Water Main Extension Project Est. Completion Date: March 28, 2025 A certified check or bid bond, payable without condition to the City of Franklin in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a proper contract and bond as surety will be executed and filed within ten (10) days after the acceptance of the bid. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the City of Franklin for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of opening of bids. Each bidder agrees upon submission of bid that if the same be accepted within said time period, the bidder shall be bound by the terms of acceptance hereinafter contained. Bids shall include the furnishing and installation of all labor, materials, permits, equipment, tools, supplies, etc., for complete performance of the work as described. The work associated with this contract consists of: construction of 1400 LF of 16-inch D.I. water main extension, valves, hydrants, water laterals, restoration, temporary erosion control, traffic control within W. St. Martins Rd. (STH100) from W. Puetz Rd. to W. Elm Ct. in Franklin, Wisconsin.
