2025 Utility Reconstruction Park Street, Paul Court, Glenview Avenue & Fariway Street PROJECT - The work shall consist of reconstructing approximately 1,910 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 3,570 linear feet of 8-inch water main and 350 linear feet of 8-inch thru 12-inch storm sewer along Park Street, Paul Court, Glenview Avenue and Fairway Street. Work also includes pipe bursting approximately 2,530 linear feet of new sanitary laterals to homes and approximately 2,355 linear feet of new water services. Final restoration will occur outside of this Contract and will be completed under the Village's 2025 Street Reconstruction Contract. Email BID SECURITY - No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Village of Combined Locks in an amount not less than 10% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/ Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award. BID REJECTION - The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Village of Combined Locks. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS - No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER.
