Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Combined Locks, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
2025 Street Reconstruction Park Street All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents. Description: The work consists of reconstructing Park Street (Paul Court to Prospect Street) and a small portion of Wallace Street, including new concrete streets (currently asphalt), curb & gutter (integral & standard), sidewalks and driveway aprons. Paul Court includes miscellaneous curb & gutter, sidewalk and driveway spot repair, along with new HMA street pavement. Glenview Avenue and Fairway Street includes miscellaneous curb & gutter, sidewalk and driveway spot repair, along with HMA pavement patching of utility trenches. Hartjes Street includes a nominal 2-inch surface milling and HMA resurfacing. The project also includes constructing a new parking lot within Lindberg Park, near the intersection of Park Street and Wallace Street. The project includes approximately 14,370 square yards of 7-inch concrete (non-reinforced) street pavement, 8,470 lineal feet of curb & gutter (integral & standard), 5,040 square yards of HMA pavement, 13,500 square feet of concrete driveway aprons, 160 square yards of HMA driveway restoration, 36,000 square feet of concrete sidewalks and 5,275 square yards of grass restoration. The Park Street portion of the project is partially funded by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation's (WisDOT) Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) under the Municipal Street Improvement Discretionary (MSID) program.
