Site work for a water / sewer project in Atqasuk, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As detailed in the Specifications Summary - The Project consists of upgrades to the Atqasuk sewage lagoon. The existing sewage lagoon in Atqasuk does not meet the minimum ADEC design requirements, nor does it meet the required treatment levels to meet ADEC Discharge Permit requirements. The proposed upgrades for this lagoon will include upgrading the existing single cell lagoon to a two-cell lagoon to bring it into compliance as required by ADEC. Interpretations: Submit in writing by 5:00 PM, January 9, 2025. All questions / comments shall reference CIP Project #60111. They shall be submitted to the UMIAQ Project Manager Donna Lee, P.E., by email to Donna.Lee@uiccs.com.
