The project includes the following work: Full modernization of one existing borehole (in-ground) hydraulic passenger elevator at Raitt Hall, in accordance with the contract documents. Addition of a split-system heat pump for conditioning the existing elevator machine room. Electrical upgrades to bring the elevator power and lighting up to current code. Hazardous Material remediation, and updates to finishes. Revisions to the fire alarm system to provide the elevator with code-compliant fire recall functionality. Replacement of the existing pit access ladder. Miscellaneous cutting, patching and painting related to the scope of work described above.
