Site work for a water / sewer project in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of the following elements of work: repair of five concrete spillways (Gorge, Diablo Left, Diablo Right, Ross Left and Ross Right) involving saw cutting, concrete demolition and replacement, crack and expansion joint repairs, environmental and safety controls. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is approximately $2,350,000 (before tax). This project is located at Gorge, Diablo and Ross Dams, upper Skagit River Hydroelectric Project in Whatcom County. Question Deadline 02/13/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Written questions must be submitted via email to mark.fredrickson@seattle.gov Repair of spillways at Gorge, Diablo and Ross Dams involving the following elements of work: 1. Mobilization; 2. Provide and implement Plans for Health & Safety / Accident Prevention Program (APP), Site-Specific Safety (SSSP), Construction Stormwater and Erosion Control (CSECP), Spill Plan (SP), and Waste Management; 3. Installation of environmental and safety controls; 4. Concrete saw cutting; 5. Concrete demolition and replacement; 6. Crack and expansion joint repairs; and 7. Traffic control at Diablo Dam.
