Renovation of a day care center in Clifton Park, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
The Work includes selective demolition, doors, windows, glazing, finishes (painting, flooring, ceramic tiling), acoustical ceilings, casework/countertops, gypsum/stud systems, masonry, roofing, steel work, miscellaneous metal work, kitchen specialties, concrete work (interior and exterior), site grading, asphalt removals and paving, playground surfacing, sidewalks, fencing, plumbing piping, fixtures (lavatories, water closets, urinals, sinks, drinking fountains/bottle fillers), sprinkler systems, HVAC equipment, electrical wiring, fire alarm systems, pa systems, generators, EV chargers, interior and exterior lighting systems. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date stated above will be returned to the bidder unopened. The bidding documents may be examined, free of charge, at the office of MOSAIC ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, The Frear Building, 2 Third Street, Suite 440, Troy, New York 12180, telephone (518) 479-4000. No interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally.
