The Work includes selective demolition, doors, windows, glazing, finishes (painting, flooring, ceramic tiling), acoustical ceilings, casework/countertops, gypsum/stud systems, masonry, roofing, steel work, miscellaneous metal work, kitchen specialties, concrete work (interior and exterior), site grading, asphalt removals and paving, playground surfacing, sidewalks, fencing, plumbing piping, fixtures (lavatories, water closets, urinals, sinks, drinking fountains/bottle fillers), sprinkler systems, HVAC equipment, electrical wiring, fire alarm systems, pa systems, generators, EV chargers, interior and exterior lighting systems. Each Bidder shall prepare their bid proposal, along with a bid security, in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the "Information for Bidders". Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contracts. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the date of the actual bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after the bid opening. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date stated above will be returned to the bidder unopened.
