Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
PROJECT: SCCLT - OLD BOALSBURG ROAD (OBR) DUPLEX The project is to construct a residential duplex at 821-823 Old Boalsburg Rd. State College. The total floor area of the two-story building is approx. 1,600 square feet. It consists of two one bedroom apartments. Project includes site work, new utilities, and new construction of a wood frame structure. Bid alternates include roof mounted photovoltaics. There will be one prime contract for the project. Bidders must provide, concurrently with the Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders, as well as Section 3 Utilization and MBE/WBE contacts and commitments. Performance and payment bonds in 100% of the contract amount are required. Bids shall remain irrevocable for 45 days after the date of the Bid Opening or risk forfeit of the bid surety. The Owner may hold all bids for 45 days before making an award. The Owner reserves the rights to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in a bid or the bidding procedure, and to accept any bid, which it may deem to be for or in its best interest.
