Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes park appurtenance demolition and replacement, site clearing, excavation and backfill, inlet and drain basins with HDPE and PVC underdrain piping placement, storm water management filter basin, site grading, bituminous walking path and paving areas, concrete sidewalk and curb replacement with ADA ramps, and erosion and sedimentation control measures. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in a bid or the bidding procedure, and to accept any bid, which it may deem to be for or in its best interest.
