Sealed bids, in the form of Online Bidding only, will be received by the Capital Assets Management, Construction and Properties (CAP) up to 96 hours prior to the time and date indicated below. The bids will be opened and read aloud after the time indicated. Project Name: Denver Davis East Entryway Replacement Project Location: 1915 N Stiles Oklahoma City, Ok 73105 Using Agency: Office of Management and Enterprise Service If the bid exceeds $100,000, a cashier's check, a certified check or surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. Description of the Base Bid is to include the following items of work: 1. Replace existing curtainwall, including framing and glazing, at exterior and interior of vestibule. 2. Replace interior floor tile with new tile to match existing. 3. Replace doors and door hardware. 4. Coordinate access control with owners vendor; contract includes electrical for doors and rough-in of conduit/junction boxes for cabling (provided by vendor). 5. Modify existing railing at ADA ramp to comply with current code requirements.
