Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Consultant will assist the MAPS Office in the development, design and construction administration for the May Avenue Trail project included in the MAPS 4 Program. The project will extend the May Avenue Trail from SW 74th Street to SW 119th Street. Services will also include assistance with right-of-way acquisition, land appraisals, surveys, meetings with City officials, stakeholders, and user groups as well as making presentations to the MAPS 4 Connectivity Subcommittee, MAPS 4 Citizens Advisory Board and City Council along with the various design review committees as established by ordinance. The estimated construction cost is $3,494,300. Time Schedule for the above project: Preliminary Design Report required within ninety (90) days of award of contract and Final Plans and Specifications required within one hundred twenty (120) days of the issuance of the Work Order after approval of the Preliminary Design Report. All questions must be submitted through online by 10:00 a.m. on January 27, 2025. Answers to the questions will be posted in online by 10:00 a.m. on January 30, 2025. The City and its Trust reserve the right to award the Contract(s) or not and to revise the Scope of Services and/or the Project scope or description, as may be in the best interest of the City or Trust. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
