POJECT LOCATON Patrick Creek Campground sits at the confluence of Patrick Creek and the middle fork of Smith River in the vast Six Rivers National Forest of northern California. From the National Recreation Area Visitor Center in Gasquet, California turn left on Highway 199 and go 7.5 miles east. SCOPE OF CONTRACT The purpose of this project is to install eight new windows and two new doors to reflect the historical value of the original construction. The desired outcome will enable the continued adaptive reuse of this structure by the agency while enhancing and preserving their historic character. The Contractor should refer to the SCHEDULE OF ITEMS and project plans and specifications when making estimates of quantities or work. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. Payment for contract work will be made only for and under those pay items included in the Schedule of Items. All other work and materials will be considered as incidental to and included in the payment for the items shown. See attachment "1. Statement of Work" for further details.
