Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Monroe, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
Program provides for the creation of a new pressure zone for the high elevation customers in the north-west portion of the 853 West Zone. Projects required to develop the 880 transmission main include construction of a new 6.4 MGD Booster Pump Station, installation of pressure reducing valves, construction of a new elevated storage facility, the decommissioning of the existing Waxhaw-Marvin Booster Pumping Station, and other necessary improvements. The project is included in the County's 2026 -2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of January 02, 2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
