Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work for which proposals are invited consists of various removals; storm sewer and drainage structures; structure adjustments; sanitary sewer point repairs; concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, hot mix asphalt and concrete driveways; hot mix asphalt pavement; sodding; pavement marking; and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements. Approximately 2.4 miles of street segments will be improved as part of the project.
