Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Springfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Scope of Work at Logan Hall building consists of removal of existing standing seam metal roofing and associated components. Installation of new standing seam metal roofing and associated components. Site drainage renovation work. All work shall be in conformance with the drawings and specifications. All work shall be bid under one prime contract. Prime Contractors are to be CDB pre-qualified. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid, payable to Lincoln Land Community College. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required of the bidder(s) to whom a contract is awarded.
