Comprehensive Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services for HVAC systems are required across three campuses of the Atlanta VA Health Care System. The contractor shall provide semi-annual TAB services and on-call support to ensure compliance with VA and Joint Commission standards, maintain proper pressure relationships for infection control, and optimize environmental conditions for patient care and medical operations. Services include airflow certification, hydronic systems balancing, and documentation of deficiencies. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, and adhere to standards from AABC, NEBB, TABB, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and other applicable codes. Personnel must hold current certifications and demonstrate experience in healthcare TAB work. Reports must include detailed measurements, system schematics, and photographic documentation, and be submitted in both electronic and printed formats. The contract is firm-fixed-price with one base year and four option years, and includes provisions for on-call services billed separately.
