Site work and paving for a civil project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Bid, Performance, and Payment & Material bonds are required. NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards and BDI provisions will be observed. The scope of work includes +/- 2.5 miles of greenway main trail (asphalt and concrete) with multiple neighborhood access connectors, boardwalk, culverts, bridges, grading, and other associated work. Mecklenburg County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals This information will be made available in an alternative format for persons with disabilities by calling 980-433-2352. Question Deadline 02/13/2025 Questions shall be submitted no later than five (5) business days before the bid opening to allow time to prepare answers and issue a final addenda.
