The deadline to ask questions is 2/05/2025 5:00 PM CST Estimate: $4,484,390 The Buffalo Bayou Partnership has released an Invitation to Bid for construction of Marron Park Way, WBS No. N-HC0100-49-7, a project to be located in the City of Houston, Texas. The project includes the construction of new storm infrastructure, roadways and pedestrian improvements on Marron Park Way from Drennan to Maplewood Trailhead, a new to be built road. Project consists of a two-lane curbed roadway with on-street parking, sidewalk, and shared use path. Storm sewer and inlets will be installed as well as a proposed water line and sewer line running the entire length of the road. Landscape improvements as well as illumination are also included. Late bids or bids delivered to locations other than the one specified in the IFB will not be opened or reviewed for any reason. All construction firms interested should obtain bid documents through online. The project funding is being provided by Community Development Block Grant MIT (CBDG-MIT) funds administered by the City of Houston Department of Housing and Community Development. This funding mandates compliance with the City of Houston Minority Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Small Business Enterprise MWSBE (Chapter 15, Article V of the City of Houston Code of Ordinances), Section 3 Program of 1968 Housing and Urban Development Act and City of Houston Pay or Play (Executive Order 1-7) programs. The MBE/WBE participation goal for construction is: 25% (17% MBE and 8% WBE).
