Pilgrim Psychiatric Center located at 998 Crooked Hill Rd., West Brentwood, NY 11717, is seeking to upgrade their audio-visual components in the auditoriums. Pursuant to New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad and will end with the formal approval by OSC of the contractual agreement. Question Deadline 01/28/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions from attendees are to be submitted to the Bureau of Procurement Enterprise Services per the instructions in the IFB Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Tuesday, February 4, 2025, as well as posted to this ad. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: One time purchase and installation The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive Bidder offering the lowest total bid amount and who also meets all minimum mandatory requirements, as defined in Section 9 below. OMH reserves the right to evaluate and/or reject all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive or modify technicalities, rregularities, and omissions, or solicit new bids if, in the agency's sole judgment, the best interest of the State will be served. Following contractor selections and prior to signing a contract, OMH reserves the right to further negotiate cost or other specifics.
