Tate Turner Kuralt - Fire Alarm Replacement Project Budget $715,696 Tate Turner Kuralt was constructed in 1995 and is located at 325 Pittsboro Street Chapel Hill, NC. The building is a state supported building with general purpose classrooms. Tate Turner Kuralt has a Pyrotronics MXL system that need to be replaced. This project includes replacing the control panel and the attached 418 devices, reusing the wiring where possible. This project will also include adding additional devices as needed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
