Renovation of a municipal facility in Palmyra, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
City of Palmyra is looking for a bid to finish removing a metal roof and installing new 6- inch insulation along with high ribbed sheet metal on our 60'X40" roof. Bid should also include gutters on the North and South side of building. The bid should include all materials and labor. For additional information contact Brent Abell at (573-769-6001). Prevailing wage applies on bids over $75,000.00. Required Bonds: If the Bid is in the amount of $25,000 or more, contractor needs to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Maintenance Bond and, if the Bid is in the amount of $50,000 or more, a satisfactory Payment Bond is required, each with a good and sufficient surety authorized to do business in the State of Missouri. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
