Renovation of a swimming pool in Palmyra, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
As of March 27, 2025, no bids received. No definite date for rebid. The Palmyra Parks and Recreation Department is seeking sealed bids for the removal of existing plaster on the Palmyra Community Pool floor. This project must be completed in mid-May before the pool opens for the season. Minimum requirements for bidding the job: o $25.00 business license o General Liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate. The City must be listed as additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance, and the Certificate must have the applicable endorsement(s). o Workers' Compensation insurance pursuant to state statute, if applicable. o Execution of a Hold Harmless Agreement. o Completion of a W-9. o 10-hour OSHA training for all onsite employees, including subcontractors. o E-Verify compliance The City of Palmyra/Palmyra Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
