Reference Number: 0000373349 Construction Estimate - $150,000 Question Deadline 02/07/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online: Yes A certified check or bid bond not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, payable to Davis School District, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. Upon award of a contract, the successful contractor shall furnish to the Owner a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. Electronic Bid Bond Submittal Instructions: Bid bonds may be submitted electronically by scanning the bid document form then uploading it as an attachment to your electronic bid. In the event a certified check will be submitted as bid security, the check must be received at the Davis School District Purchasing Department, P.O. Box 160440, Building G-4, Freeport West, Clearfield, Utah 84016 prior to the ending date and time set forth in this solicitation. Scanned copies of certified checks will not be accepted. General Requirements - Bidder Prequalification/Preregistration Required - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Warranty Information Required The awarding contractor shall be able to supply proof of and maintain the following insurance throughout the period of performance determined in the contract: Workers' Compensation insurance and employee liability insurance for any employees of the contractor performing services under contract. (Minimum liability insurance $1,000,000 umbrella). Automobile liability insurance not less than $100,000 per person $300,000 per accident on bodily injury and not less than $25,000 per accident for property damage. If it is a claims-made policy, a three-year tail with limits of $1,000,000 for any one accident or loss has to be in place. Contractor shall require any subcontractors to provide and maintain insurance as required above.
