Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) will receive Quotes on the Solicitation: 36 Anderson Ferry - MEP systems replacement Question Deadline 01/31/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions shall be sent to recd@cintimha.com The Construction Time is 14 calendar days after receiving the "Notice to Proceed" The Contractor shall hold the price for 60 days after RFQ Due Date. This project is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended. Preference may be given in accordance with 24 CFR 135 and the CMHA procurement policy. The Prevailing Wages shall be paid for a legal day's work to laborers, workmen or mechanics engaged in work under this Contract, at the site of the Project, in the trade or occupation listed. The Authority reserves the right to reject and not consider any proposal that does not meet the requirements of this RFQ, including but not necessarily limited to incomplete proposals and/or proposals offering alternate or non-requested services, proposals deemed non-responsive, respondents deemed not responsible, and conditional proposals.
