**As of February 21, 2025, the project was awarded to John R. Jurgensen Company, with an awarded amount of $5,825,884.** 2025 Resurfacing Program in Anderson, Colerain, Crosby, Green, Harrison and Springfield Township, Hamilton County, Ohio. Each proposal must be accompanied by a one hundred percent (100%) bid guaranty bond or a certified. check, cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. If using Bid Express service a scanned copy can be uploaded to the site. Bidders must use the printed forms is provided herein or located electronically through the Bid Express service of www.bidexpress.com. The bidder to whom the Contract is owarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, conditioned according to law. This project falls under prevailing wage and all participants must comply with prevailing wage rate on public improvements In Hamilton County, State of Ohio, as approved and determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 41150.05 ORC. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or accept reject any part thereof.
