Renovation of a library in Kingsland, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Commissioners Court of Llano County, Texas, Llano County is currently seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for the following projects: Kingsland Library Flooring The scope of this project includes the following tasks: o Procurement of Shaw Floorte Pantheon HD Plus vinyl plank flooring (color: Saggio 00159) and all necessary transition materials 8,288.11 sq. ft. o Purchase, stain, and installation of new lx6 baseboards in all areas where new flooring is installed 2,612 Linearft. o Demolition and disposal of all existing flooring. o Subfloor preparation, including cleaning, leveling, and installation of floor leveler as needed. o Provision and management of a dumpster for disposal of debris. o Maintaining a clean and safe work environment consistent with all state and federal law for all employees and occupants during the project. o Removal and replacement of furniture as needed to complete flooring installation. o Replacement and repositioning of large furniture items post-installation.
