Projects may include moving equipment and furniture at the discretion of the district. APPROVED MANUFACTURER (TILE) o Dal Tile Provide floor tiles with coefficient of friction of 0.60 or higher to qualify as slip-resistant or 0.50-0.60 as conditionally slip-resistant when type of footwear is known in accordance with pertinent provisions of ASTM C1028 modified per CT10A or otherwise as required by the Maintenance Department. The contractor shall submit samples of the manufacturer's standard color charts in form of actual sections of tile, including trim, for initial selection purposes. All tile choices will be chosen by the maintenance department from samples provided. Bonding - bonding will not be required for this project Install tile and LVP flooring at specified sites M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. This is an Invitation to Bid to secure firm prices and establish a term contract for the purchase and installation of Dal Tile MA90, 20'' X 20'' porcelain tile on an as-needed basis as specified herein. Approved manufacture is Dal Tile. Bidder must also install Aladdin Commercial Barrali II Glue Down Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring as needed and specified herein. Approved manufacturer is Aladdin Commercial. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, fuel, demolition, floor prep, and disposal of existing flooring (carpet, vct, ceramic tile, etc.) when required for a complete and proper installation of new tile or LVP. Projects may include moving equipment and furniture at the discretion of the District. Bid pricing shall be firm for a three-year period after the date of award.
