On Call Repair Services The City of New Britain, through its Purchasing Agent, is seeking competitive bids for the following commodity On Call Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Building Envelope, and Masonry Repairs and Supplies for City Buildings. The scope of work generally consists of On Call Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Building Envelope, and Masonry Repairs, and Supplies for City Buildings. All questions and requests for Interpretation (RFI's) regarding this bid must be made in writing and e-mailed to Jarrod Cox, Facilities and Energy Manager, City of New Britain, at Jarrod.cox@newbritianct.gov by January 28th. All RFI's will be answered via Addenda posted to the City of New Britain website no later than end of day January 30, 2025. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other Bid Documents will be made to any bidder orally The City reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids or any part of a bid presented.
