The work for which Bids are requested includes Proposal 1: Saxby Street improvements consisting of pulverizing or removing approximately 356 square yards of existing asphalt pavement, excavating to subgrade to construct 290 square feet of 8 inch reinforced concrete apron, grade and install 150 feet of 24 inch concrete curb and gutter, provide and ne grade up to 100 tons 1.25 inch dense graded base, provide approximately 356 square yards of 4 MT 58-28 S asphalt pavement in a single 2.5 inch mat. Bids shall include incidental construction including erosion control. The work is funded in part by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP). Bids for Proposal 1 shall be based on work completion, including nal invoice no later than June 20, 2025. Proposal 2: Glen Street improvements including ne grading approximately 495 feet of existing gravel surface and providing a double seal coat. Interested bidders may submit detailed itemized bids on contractor's standard bid form for Proposals 1 and 2 separately or in combination. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. No bid proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a current certificate of insurance. Materials and workmanship shall be supplied and performed in accordance with the latest edition of the State of Wisconsin Standard Speciation for Highway & Bridge Construction.
