The following list of items is to be used as a guideline only and may not include all the tasks to complete the work: Washroom Upgrades New Ventilation and Cooling System Envelope Upgrade 0 New Siding, Doors, Windows, Roofing System, Gutters and Downspouts Civil - Regrading around the Building The Respondent shall provide with its Proposal an agreement to bond issued by a surety company undertaking to provide a fifty percent (50%) Performance Bond and a fifty percent (50%) Labour and Material Bond Ontario Northland Transportation Commission (Ontario Northland) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to deliver the required services as indicated in the RFP document to complete the interior and exterior building upgrades at Ontario Northland's diesel shop building located in Englehart, Ontario. Ontario Northland may, in its sole discretion and at any time during the RFP process: (a) reject any or all of the Proposals. (b) accept any Proposal or any portions of any Proposals for any reason whatsoever. (c) reject any Proposals or any portions of Proposals for any reason whatsoever.
